The Adventurer Program was created to assist parents in their important
responsibilities as the child's primary teachers and evangelizers. The
program aims to strengthen the parent/child relationship and to further
the child's development in spiritual, physical, mental and social areas.
Throught the Adventurer Program the church, home and school can work
together with the parent to develop a mature, happy child.
The Adventurer Curriculum is divided into four levels: Busy Bee, Sunbeam,
Builder and Helping Hand. The Little Lamb and Eager Beaver programs
and their curriculum are separate from the Adventurer Program and run
as branches of the Adventurer Club.
The Eager Beaver program is designed for kindergarten. The
program and it's curriculum consists of the completion of a
workbook and earning of the Beaver Chips. The Eager Beaver
program works hand-in-hand with the Adventurer Club although it
differs in that it involves a parent-child partnership. Class Color:
Green
The Busy Bee level is designed for first graders. The curriculum
has a central theme that is organized around the four basic
relationships in a child's life: My God, My Self, My Family and
My World. The Busy Bees begin by focusing on the Adventurer
Pledge and work in earning honors. Class Color: Light Blue
